Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Anaiseco is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
- Some countries may have restrictions on certain products. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@anaiseco.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
